Gene Set Enrichment Analysis (GSEA) is a computational method that determines whether an a priori defined set of genes shows statistically significant, concordant differences between two biological states .The Molecular Signatures Database (MSigDB) is a collection of annotated gene sets for use with GSEA software. Runs on any desktop computer (Windows, Mac OS X, Linux etc.) that supports Java1.6 .Produces richly annotated reports of enrichment results.
